What do you do with your horse?

I ride bareback,english pleasure, and western pleasure my horse and i also jump, do a bit of gaming and go to shows/paperchases.
I love trailriding too!
I ride western, trail riding mostly.

I ride western. Trail riding and camping mostly. I like to go to organized trail rides where I can ride with lots of people. Or I trailer over to a friend’s house where I can ride with a group of friends.

I usually ride out in the cornfields on my Quarter Horse mare. I don’t show. My husband and I just ride for fun. I like training colts, and we are starting our 3 year old gelding Milo under saddle and he’s going along great. We have another older kid-safe mare named Cricket.

I first learned to ride western, then I got into hunter jumper. I did some small shows. Right now I am recovering from a really bad injury caused by a fall and I am starting to learn some natural horsemanship ground skill, as I am not well enough to get on. I really want to get into more trail riding and learn some dressage.

I have a Paint stallion we use for breeding as well as riding,I have a Paint mare we use for trail riding and team penning and a yearling(also a Paint) that we will use for trails,team penning,roping…just kind of an all around horse once he’s trained……

I’m a beginner rider. I ride english. And right now I’m working on the walk and the trot. nothing special. But I enjoy the time with my horse. After all he is my only best friend. And his name is Roanie. I also have another horse and her name is Welly.

english. we have almost mastered cantering, and we are starting jumping. I just brought her to her first schooling show last weekend and we took two firsts and a fourth and won grand champion in beginner. she is also getting really good on trails but once you start trotting and stuff she gets more exciteable and she usually bucks at a canter.

I learn her language. It’s very hard, but as I get to speak it better we have more fun together. We do anything we fancy, at present we’re learning Western, sort of, and I’m learning how to ask for a stop. When I get it right I nearly go over her head and we both fall about laughing.

I mostly do barrel racing but our horses do many things. They are cutting trained, not pro just enough for us to have fun. They are reining trained like in cutting. We team pen, trail ride, lessons, rope and I had one that was used as a calf horse.

i ride mainly hunt seat and bareback. i know how to ride western and i have for years, but i really don’t like it all that much anymore, so i spend close to no time on it with my horse. i trail ride hunt seat and get a lot of odd looks from everyone lol

i dont hav a horse:( but im getting one soon:) in my lessons i ride englis and jump up to 3 feet. i love jumpin! when i get a horse it will live at my house with a i acre paddock and a stall in extreme wather and at night. it would have a mini hors for company. i would ride it on trails, and jump cross country on the trails.
